Thomas Alkam, Esq. graduated from California Southern Law School /Riverside in 2002. He passed the California BAR exam in 2002.

 

Immediately, Tom began his legal career and opened his own office in Anaheim, California. To date, Tom has handled a huge number of cases, including contested jury trials, and court trials.

 

 

Tom is now an independent associate here at Mashney Law Offices where he represents clients for family law and civil litigation matters.

Tom practices in the area of Family Law, including but not limited to, divorce, custody visitation, support, division of assets, division of debts, post judgment modification, and name changes.

 

Tom also practices in the area of Civil Litigation including Business Litigation and Contractual Disputes. Tom has successfully represented business clients in commercial Landlord-Tenant Disputes, drafting and review of business contracts, and transfer of businesses. 

 

Tom is trilingual being fluent in English, Spanish & Arabic.

 

For leisure, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball daily with his four boys, and traveling.
