Thanks to Lynn Schlocker for helping me in recovering more than what I expected for my case. Her service was awesome! Very professional, direct & uncomplicated. She took very little of my time & always informed me of any updates. She handled the case from A to Z in no time at all; bargained with the other side attorney's, insurance adjusters, and medical providers (even after the case was settled!). I would & will recommend her in a heart beat.

I can not say enough good things about attorney Lynn Schlocker of the Mashney Law Offices. Attorney Lynn took my case when other law firms brushed me off. She believed in me and never gave up and she was able to put more money in my pocket than I ever expected. Very great law firm. I had a lady name Vassoula that represented me there. Very nice and knowledgeable, answer all of my question, did a great job with my case, doesnt give me the run arounds like other law firms, everything is straight forward. I highly recommend this place. If you're in or near the Orange County area, you should definitely check them out.

I have been very satisfied so far with the service that I have received from Vassoula Adawalla of Mashney Law. As this is the first time that I have ever been sued it is an extremely stressful situation. In my search for lawyers I came across more than one individual and firm that was "all about their fees" and were wanting to charge outlandish sums to do very little. Some lawyers will even bill you to discuss the bill. This prooved to be a secondary trauma if you will to the fact I was being sued in the first place. Luckily I caught on before I retained that lawyer formally. Miss Adawalla and the Mashney Law Firm have been exceptionally careful with the way they have handled my retainer while still providing a good legal defense. They have billed me at a good rate and have done a great deal for a good price. i.e. with under a 3k retainer they have filed my answer to the complaint as well as the ... with the service that I have received from Vassoula Adawalla of Mashney Law. They say to do well in this country you need two types of people: an accountant and a lawyer. Now because of the Mashney Law Offices, I have the latter checked off thanks to Vassoula Awadalla. Unlike other lawyers who give you the run around, Vassoula is honest, knowledgable, and will go the extra mile for you. Trust me, as I have gone through literally 4 different law firms on a simple dog bite because they kept on giving me the run around. The best types of skilled lawyers around. Need help? Mashney law office is your best bet.

Mashney Law Offices really went above and beyond to help me recover from a very big car accident. After a full recovery, or course they negotiated a settlement for me but what happened 'after' the case was closed was what really impressed me. My insurance company had sent me a letter requesting that I reimburse them for med pay since I had received a settlement from the other insurance company. Mashney Law Offices negotiated it down and accepted no compensation for the added work... even though the original case was closed. Through out the process they were always accessible. I worked with Lynn as well as Stephen, both who are very professional and easy to work with. I hope I don't find myself in a situation that I will need them again anytime soon, of course, but if I do at least I know who to call.

I just wanted to let you know that Commonwealth VW did, in fact, agree to install the factory rebuilt motor in my car whose motor was damaged at their service department. They are also providing a 12 year 12,000 mile warranty. I was hoping that they would waive the installation fee for the timing belt that as installed incorrectly but they would not budge and Mr Mashney had indicated that I actually was legally responsible for that charge.
I wanted to thank you for your prompt and effective assistance in this matter.
